One of my earliest memories was of a sycamore tree.

It grew outside the church my parents attend in the city. Each window contained a new view of the leaves and branches. I noticed it through the seasons and was surprised to find brown balls dropping down like gifts. Itʻs spiky seeds gave way to fluffy seeds. The title Carrying Their Gifts also derived from the collaged antique book piece by C.S. Lewis, "Peter and Susan were of course already carrying their gifts."

Original artwork on cradled birch panel 1/2" deep. It may be hung as is or easily framed. (Frame is not included.) Japanese decorative paper, handmade paper, and art papers. Cold wax protective top coat. Hanging wire and D rings included.
